Provider Satisfaction Survey

Very high levels of provider satisfaction

The Skills for Life Improvement Programme conducts a series of surveys to learn about the effectiveness of the direct support for providers, in order to implement improvements.

The surveys were devised jointly by consortium led by CfBT Education Trust (CfBT), the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) and the Learning and Skills Network (LSN), and administered independently.

The first survey was designed to capture provider satisfaction during start up and initial stages of the programme. The second survey captured provider satisfaction with the delivery of support as the programme continues. The final survey will focus on the impact of activities at provider organisations.

Results from the first two surveys show a very high rate (99%) of satisfaction with 84% judging the support to be excellent or good across all the aspects surveyed.
